Just had 341, and here is my Pacer entry today...

Meeting of Creditors Held and Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office (Spaeth, Paul) (Entered: 12/20/2005)

Post thoughts... am I in the clear as far as the trustee goes, and now I just wait for creditors to object if they see necessary?

That's great! I think that generally means that you are in the clear, but I got that, then later got a motion to convert or dismiss, so, yes, you're safe, but stay on top of things.
    Filed CH7 - 10/13/05;
    341 Meetings: 11/28/05, 3/20/06, 12/4/07 (3d time's a charm!)
    Converted: 2/15/06 (to CH13), 10/15/07 (Back to CH7)
    DISCHARGED: 2/15/08

You're clear for the local trustee. If you have higher than average income, you could still come under fire by the US Trustee. (The local trustee's objective is to find assets, the US Trustee wants to cut expenses in order to get into a 13.)
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

LOL you crack me up BKFiler!!!

I am religious so I am not offended by the pacer entry, but if I wasn't could I throw a fit about the "prayer" part of it?... I am SOOO kidding of course.

I just hope his prayers and mine work, and everything will be over soon.

You received something on Pacer the day after your 341 meeting?? I had my 341 on December 7th but nothing has been entered into Pacer as of today (12/22). Where did you see the information, under which heading? I always check the HISTORY one 1st to see if any new entries......is there another category I should check that would list this? (I also look at STATUS to see if any new entries) This whole procedure is so unsettling and makes me very nervous at times!! Thanks for the replies.....

im not sure if all PACER stuff is the same for different courts but al i do is check for the header at the start screen after i search using my own social.

there is a header that says "date of last filing". if that hasnt changed then nothing was added. if that has changed then i go into "docket" section and scroll down to see what idiot did something to my case

For me my trustee report was filed two days after my 341, but it wasn't entered into pacer until seven weeks later.

I have never seen hide nor hair of any Trustee's report of No Distribution in my Pacer account. I am sooo envious of all you who have such a report. LOL!

I am, I received my discharge papers and all. I just have never seen a report filed. The only report I see is a pdf file of a checksheet the trustee noted when we appeared at our 341. Where exactly do you find this report? You all have me curious now.

the place where you find everything filed on your case. under 'query' and use your social then under 'docket report'. it lists numbers to the left and the docket description to the right.

I know I am discharged and I thoroughly went through my record several times and never saw a report.
