Congrats, I hear every day about the worries of the 341 meeting. Many attorneys scare clients into hiring them based on the 341 meeting, when in actuality they could have filed pro se. If you don't have a lot of property to protect it is worth looking into a pro se filing and save yourself $1500.
Agree with you on that...........but if you dont know what your doing, and/or are marginal Ch-7, the UST could look at you and then your screwed, if you don't know how to fight back. I chose the safe route, and it has worked well for me so far. here's to a short 60 days
