Report of No Distribution

Woohoo - looked in pacer today and found that the trustee has filed a report of no distribution and asked to be relieved of duties in my case.

I also noticed the judge entered an order stating this case is not subject to dismissal under 521(i)(1).

i found it really odd...that both our discharge and the order approving the trustee's report of no distributions...were in the same envelope and dated the same day...

now...of course, i'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth....but whoppppeeeeeeee!!!
to me the trustee's report was even better than the discharge...but to get them both...that was such a relief!
