There's this fellow in Miami named Ramesh Singh who runs some kind of business keeping track of bankruptcy filings for creditors (most noticably, GE Money Bank). And it looks like he's on your case too. Don't worry about it.filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED! -

Just found this on my own recently filed case. Nice to know it's routine. I <3 this forum.12/2009 Stopped paying CCs; 3/10 1st suit;
8/2010 finally served; No Asset 7 filed. 11 mos since last bal xfer
9/22/10 60 day club; 9/24/10 report of no distr; 11/23/10 DISCHARGED

Apparently this guy files these whether or not his company is a creditor. A request to receive notice is harmless but this guy makes me nervous, glad he stayed out of my case.
Can someone report this behavior to the DOJ?

They are obviously an aggregator of claims, not too unlike B-Real, B-Line, eCast, Portfolio Recovery Service, and a few other bottom feeders! It's PUBLIC information and anyone can get notice for a case!Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

just looked at Pacer, which was worthless,but noticed PRA and the other thing, I was like wth?? I do not need any more stress, but glad to see someone has covered this issue already.Comment
