    Aaaart, Aaaart, Aaaart, now now now... remember a certain someone who wouldn't listen to an answering machine message and got everyone here alllllllll stressed out? <snicker>

    Now.. take a deep breath. Relax. Release your breath. Inhale slowly. Exhale slowly. Now, reach out and take the phone in your hand. The phone is not your enemy. The phone is a good thing. Call your clerk. Ask her/him when he/she will update your record. I would do this NOW because Sinking Fast is holding HER breath!

    <snicker>

    Or you can go visit Minny and let her girls chaw on ya f' awhile

          That was a cute girl w/ beautiful finger and toenails named bkfiler.
          SinkingFast can quit holding her breath. I quit worrying about the US Trustee calling after Day 60.
          _I have a re-affirmation in the works. Should have been eone by now, but the credit union forgot to sign it. I don't really care one way or another if it gets in on time or not.
          One of 2 big questions has been answered. The IRS did not renew the lien that expired on 1/06 and I think that they had to do that in 20 days.
          Now I have another one that covers taxes from '90. '91, '92 and '93 that expires in May. '90, '91 and most of '92 have been paid, so I am hoping that they will let it go, but only time will tell and it will be June before I know for sure.
          Thanks for your concern, but as of now I have quit "holding my breath" and an just writing "post-it" notes until I can say the magic "D" word. Art
