Congrats on your smooth 341 hearing. Now welcome to the club. You liked your trustee? I didn't like mine but didn't hate him either.
My friend, although I appreciate your spirit, my 341 isn't until 10/6. Can you congratulate me then.,..don't wanna jinx it..lol

See my post about Ch7 341's in Oakland CA to see what I'm talking about here. It's on the CH7 forum

ahhhhh tom, don't i wish either of those would happen.

however, i must admit...i was looking forward to a call this evening (NOT) i'm so disappointed that my exchange must have worked since they didn't call this...LOL!!

i'm NOT thinking i will be hearing from anyone of them again...including the notorious watchdog agency. what a disappointment they are...but then again i didn't expect much........

just one simply thing i want them to answer....

what and when do you issue and exchange a warranty deed?? LOL!!

face it, we cannot wonder why the country is in the state it is...with these people at the helm who knows what will happen next??

Thanks. I probably won't need XM radio when I'm broke anyway
i hear you! it is amazing what we are able to do without! but if it's something you really enjoyed after this is all over you can get it back i'm sure.

got that right with chase. besides terrible hiring policies one dept. doesn't know what the other one is doing...causing confusion to no end...just trying to justify their jobs is the only reasoning i can think...but at this point i don't even care....i'm just awaiting my nightly call...LOL!!! (they BEST NOT even try it!). but one never knows with chase!

well, i hope so! but remember here we are talking about chase employees and their hiring policy requires their employes have absolutely NO skills whatsoever, NO education and absolutely NO common sense!

ahhhh sorry about xm radio scrip being almost gone...enjoy as long as you can.

    I
heard over Fox News yesterday that FHA might have to be bailed out too. While the truth of this story needs to be verified, I think the lady you talked to might either be a rookie or have no idea of what she's doing.
really..wnguy...i didn't' hear that, but it certainly no surprise. they are all rookies, but actually, this one was a bit smarter than most...i even think she knew her way to the bathroom located in the hallway of the floor she worked...comparing that too most of chases employee which need assistance to the bathrooms.

I'd like also to hijack your thread to congrat Joe.
no problem!! i hyjack him all the time!

YES.....don't go nude....although i have now been informed that cleavage helps....i could have pulled myself together better had i known that...but it worked out ok anyway
Of course, most were business casual actually.

see....here it was blue jean...a no no for us our entire lives. suits and ties even to the grocery store for us! so that was a bit of a shock.
Most questions were given monosyllabic answers.
yeap...only answer what is asked in yes and nopes if you can..or no's ...keep the respect up!

yes, and lets not forget to add...i'm certain you observed what people were "wearing" to court...so you and yours know how to now NOT over or under do it for your area... what questions were asked and how they were answered.

    very wise!!
