My father in law wants me to help with his BK. He lives in Tampa Florida. I have access to pacer for Massachusetts, but how can I use the PACER for Florida, to keep up with his case.

When you go to pacer, select court location. Or go to the general pacer case locator, enter your father's details, and make a note of what court it is in. I have to admit I said I would not check Pacer after the report of no distribution, we'll I lied! I check it once a day. So I can only imagine how many times Joe will check it. Toons is thinking it will be much more than 3 times a day! ;^)Filed Chapter 7 on July 30, 2010

I know it is such a waste of time to check. I had one addition between filing and the 341 and three additions since. The last update was on 9/2, so why the hell do I keep checking? Especially if there is an update it means bad news. I will probably keep checking after discharge & close to make sure nothing has changed!
