So, I guess I'm on track. Found this info on PACER today:

Alright - I had my 341 today. I arrived 30 minutes early and listened to some other cases. Unfortunately, my attorney was 30 minutes late (but not just mine - 4 out of 5 were late) so the hearing was interrupted because the trustee "ran out of debtors" (or out of filers without an attorney). After a 90 minute delay, it was my turn.

No creditor showed up. Trustee verified my information (name etc.) and went over the standard questions (did you read and sign the petition? Did you list all assets/debts etc.). The first "personal" questions was a verification if I was still unemployed. He asked me then who supported me financially and verified that I would keep the car. And guess what? That was it. It took about 2 minutes (nope, not 5 - it simply didn't take that long). Quite simple for $350K debt.

No UST. There were some cases prior to mine where the UST - a friendly lady, BTW - was involved but her questions were just as normal and "unnasty" as those of the trustee. The "regular" trustee was friendly as well. No yelling, judging or other bad behaviour at all.

LOL. My experian fako keeps swinging wildly. Two weeks ago it was 521, yesterday 626. Good thing my subscription is free. I'll get the real fico and the other credit bureaus' reports once I'm ready to start cleaning up/rebuilding post discharge.
