Nothing received in the mail as of today, but...

3. Did you find out through your lawyer, PACER or in the mail?

....PACER listed the 341-date today.

4. What day is/was your 341 hearing?

October 28th.

5. What is your Bankruptcy District?

Florida Middle District

Filed CH7 9/24/2010, 341 on 10/28/2010, Disch.&Closed: 1/6/2011. FICO EX: 9/2: 672.
FICO EQ: pre-filing: 573, After BK Public Record: 568, 10/3: 673.

See answer to #2, but found our first from PACER, followed within a couple hours from attorney

interesting stats so far

Average days between filing day and 341 hearing is 40.8 days.

Longest duration is 55 days

Shortest time elapsed is 34 days.

Would love to collect more data in this poll so keep those responses coming.
