I filed! Quick questions.

Ok, I finally filed yesterday, got a case number. I was wondering when do they give you the date of the 341 meeting? Lawyer said a day or two. Is that accurate, I am trying to time an out of state move with this whole thing.

When can I check Pacer, or when should I check pacer? Do they put the date of your 341 on there?

Sure feels good just knowing that it was filed. I have been working on this since July I think, and finally did it!

congrats! Ususally your 341 is within 45 days of filing. If there are any other issues that may occur, you may have to go back to court, but it depends on the issue (AP's are one cause). I wouldnt move until you actually get your discharge and your case is closed.
