should i list my bank account as an asset? currently has only $70 in it i am also pulling my direct deposit just in case this damn pressler and pressler gets a judgement and tries to levy

The cash in your bank account should be listed as an asset, even if it's not much.

thanks, doesent matter anyway i have a exemption for the bank account in NJ so it should be ok

You should list and exempt all cash on hand at the time of filing including cash in bank accounts, your wallet, under your mattress, and on prepaid debit cards.
