    Ch 7 and income

Once you file your petition until you are discharged, do they ask for your paystubs in that time frame?

Normally no, but if you are one of the random audits or if they have reason to look at you closer, yes.
    Stopped paying: 08/10, Filed CH7: 08/27/10 , 341 & No Asset Report: 10/6/10, Last day to object: 12/06/10, Discharged: 12/07/10, Closed: 12/08/10

If you are over the median, the US trustee may look at your paystubs in greater detail. Any change in income will be looked at closely.
You can't take a picture of this. It's already gone. ~~Nate, Six Feet Under

Usually paystubs are a look back at the previous six months before filing. I wouldn't change a thing at least until after you have a Report of No Distribution from the TT.
        Filed Chapter 7: 7/3/09
        341 Hearing: 8/6/09 - Went Smoothly!
        Discharged: 11/30/2009
        Closed: 12/16/2009

Ours said no and did not even want the one from the week previous to the filing.
