I have read about it CoBelle. If the trustee has ever represented you or a party who has interest in your case, it is considered a conflict of interest. Might work in your favor considering everything you've gone through.Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!

well here they use different trustees for the 7 and the 13 (I think).
But when i went to my 341, it wasn't my lady trustee ...it ws a man trustee and for some reason the name sounded familiar. He was nice too.
So that may be it, that he ran my 341.
It means that my new trustee will set a new date for the 341 and I hope, if it conflicts with my Thanksgiving visit with my daughrter that he/she will be as nice about changing it.Comment
