Do I have to wait till after the 341 or can I take it now and bring it with me to the 341 next month

Our attney's office actually requested that we take that 2nd "class" prior to the 341. They us to have it done and filed a minimum of three business days before our 341. That is different from what I've read on these boards but we did what they told us to do.
I was on pacer (again) and yes they did file them prior to our 341.
(I keep checking that pacer LOL - so far no changes from a couple days ago)

You can take it at any time. It is real cool and take it seriously. We enjoyed ours and wish we could take it again (without charge). We actually learned and it was online. Single price for one or two, but you have to request the two option. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? They e-mailed a copy to my attorney. couple of weeks later i was checking Pacer and it wasn't recorded yet. Called attoeney and they said that they never did get it. So sent attorney a copy of e-mailed certificate that i got and couple days later it showed up on Pacer. I took it 3 days prior to the 341 - However, it was no "wonderful learning experience" for me - I somewhat felt treated like a mentally retarded...
I also didn't get the sense behind the section "alternatives to BK" for a pre-discharge but POST filing-course.Filed CH7 9/24/2010, 341 on 10/28/2010, Disch.&Closed: 1/6/2011. FICO EX: 9/2: 672.

Honestly, I didn't learn anything from these pre and post filing 'courses' at all. It's just a waste of time and money. bummer for all of you who didn't have a good class experience....we took ours from the local Consumer Credit Counseling agency, both classes were well worth the time and money!
As said before but worth repeating, make sure the class cert. actually gets filed w. the court...quick check on PACER well worth it
