48 Hours to go-discharge date 11/12/2010

Well Friday is my discharge date; so far so good, keeping fingers, toes and anything else I can cross, crossed.

My discharge will top off my week:

My baby brother turns 40 Friday

I just became a grandma again this morning; another beautiful granddaughter

Now I just need that discharge on Friday and hopefully a "closed" will be right behind it!

My discharge date is also Friday! Our dates are identical except for the file date.
I do have a question though. When should I expect to see the discharge on Pacer? I was thinking of staying off the computer over the weekend and waiting until Monday but is it likely that I will see anything by then?

It really depends on your district. My discharge was supposed to be on Oct. 26, but because the courts are backed up, I'm still waiting for my discharge. Hopefully your districts are not behind and you'll get the discharge on day 61. Good luck.

Oh how I hated the waiting. My discharge came 10/26 and the case was closed 10/29, papers arrived 10/30. Fingers, toes, etc. crossed for you.
