Notice of No Distribution is a good sign, one step closer to discharge. The trustee basically files the form stating that he has reviewed your petition and has determined that there are no assets to distribute. Discharge comes next...after the 60 day mark post-341.

So the trustee is done with you, he is not going to grab any of your stuff.

for me personally, that order of no distribution was BETTER than the discharge itself!! it means your trustee has no interest in your case! congrats to you!!!
