Exhibit D, Individual Debtor form missing from filing? What is this?

I filed Pro Se Ch.7, and missed a few forms. I was given a sheet with a few checkmarks next to forms still needed. One I need to fill out and turn in, is called "Exhibit D: Individual Debtor". What the heck is this? I can't find it in my list of all the ch.7 documents!

      Hi sjr42,

If you are filing pro-se and asking what a schedule D is, you are walking into deep doo doo....

If you don't have it already, get the NOLO book, basically a step-by-step guide to filing.

If you haven't already, go to your courts website and read the 'local rules' It will have instructions on how to format the creditors matrix, list of docuemnts in what order, and any forms your court uses besides the national forms.

....that being said, schedule D is the list of secured creditors.

Good luck w/ your filing, come back and ask questions, lots of good folk around here to help out!
