341 meeting and missing 2009 tax return filing

Good afternoon everyone,

We had our 341 meeting on 11/16/2010 and all seemed to go well. Trustee asked us about filing our 2009 taxes. We had filed an extension and our accountant did not provide us with a copy of our return in time. So we have a second meeting come 12/09/2010. I faxed our 2009 tax filing 2 days after 341 meeting. Is this something common? I'm overly stressed and worried. We won't be getting a refund. In fact we owe 12K...
