Holding onto HHM's thread!

Today is Day 62 and I am doing everything I can to relax. Everything is in, I am No Asset... I want my discharge! Thanks to HHM for the thread on delays or I would be panicking.

Anyone else have this experience?

Yep, ours went 74 days post-341 before discharge. Try to breathe...be patient...I know it's easier said than done!

Phew, thanks! In my head I know it may take some time... my stomach needs the discharge! I'm sure with the way things are in my state (and across the country) the court is busy.

Relax, lol. The important part is your 60 days passed, the discharge is probably sitting in a pile waiting to be signed by the judge. FYI - Ours took a week.

well...i know my waiting period was positive in at least ONE way...i think i lost about 10 pounds!!

it will go fast although right now it does not seem so....that's why we didn't use pacer...we just put the file away in the closet and pretended that it didn't happen...then the mail came on the 62nd day with the discharge along with the order of no distribution....that worked for us!!

it will be just fine!

Lol! One thing that has amazed me during this process... I lost 20 lbs without really trying. Of course, part of that was because my stomach wouldn't let me eat much. But I honestly think that filing took so much stress out of my everyday life that it was literally a weight off me. Wonder if others have had a similar experience?

we need to view anything these days as positive....and i'm happy with my size 8 now...LOL!!! although i wish it wasn't from not eating...you have tummy aches and i couldn't eat a thing because my mind was thinking about everything and anything other than food!

also...i'm with you oh the hhm thing...i don't make this pubic...but for certain to me one of the BEST mods on this site!

Sorry to hear it. I finally went to my doctor and got some acid reducing meds which have helped a lot. It's amazing how much stress affects the body. Hang in there, it will get better and thanks to this forum you're not alone!
