    Discharged! Victory is mine!

    I was a Chap 7, No Asset, pretty simple and uncomplicated in Chicago, Northern District.

    I filed with a lawyer on 8/31/2010. My 341 was 9/27/210. I checked PACER this morning and there it was: "Debtor discharged: 11/30/2010"

    I wanted to say thank you to the members of this forum. You all unknowingly got me through a difficult period in my life.

    Now I have solid, manageable and achievable financial goals and live by these three words "Cash is king."

                    Congratulations!! We are in northern IL too.....patiently waiting and not checking Pacer (that sends me over the edge)

                    Hoping for a discharge for Christmas.

                      Congratulations ! I too got my discharge letter today. I also have not assets like you. My question is, how do I check my case on PACER?

                        Congrats! Our file date was the same, my 341 is later. Discharge set for Monday if nothing else happens....
