    The sun shines in fl again

    first of all i want to thank you all, THANK YOU. i have lurked on this great site since august when i filed. read every day the trials and joys of so many and helped me get thru one of the darkest periods in my life. a very complicated chapter 7 nightmare has, according to pacer, come to its end. 12-29-10 debtor discharge asset 1-5-11 report of no distribution no asset awaiting closing.... HAPPY NEW YEAR !

        Ch 13 filed 06/22/09. Dismissed,thankfully, 03/31/10. Ch 7 filed 06/28/10. 341 07/29/10. UST POA 08/06/10. UST mot to dismiss hearing extended to Dec...Feb...March...May...Aug. UST withdrawal of dismissal filed 05/31! DISCHARGED 07/12/2011!
