Does this mean I will get a discharge before 60 days? Rule 5009?

CASES UNDER CHAPTERS 7, 12, AND 13. If in a chapter 7, chapter 12, or chapter 13 case the trustee has filed a final report and final account and has certified that the estate has been fully administered, and if within 30 days no objection has been filed by the United States trustee or a party in interest, there shall be a presumption that the estate has been fully administered.
My trustee reported No-Dist. case; and it states on pacer "awaiting discharge"??
How does this rule effect my case?

All this means is that the Trustee has closed his file. It has no impact on when you get a discharge. The closing of the administration of your case is a separate and distinct issue from the entry of the discharge. Your creditors have 60 days from the 341 meeting to object to the discharge. You are not entitled to the entry of a discharge until day 61 if no objections are received.
