Update,
We decided to pass on the apartment for now, they wanted us to move in late September, after really thinking things over, if we have at least 90 days of no mortgage payment. We could use that money to buy a used car & have no car payment & have the security deposit as well. We need to at least get the Ch 7 filed & go to the hearing first. Once you sign a lease you are stuck.
