Help with a Question RE Chapter 7 Filing

A Chapter 7 was discharged in June 2004. Can another Chapter 7 be filed? If so, what would be the earliest filing date? If no, what would be an alternative?

Eight years from the date of FILING so sometime spring 2012.

Filed Chapter 7 non-consumer as a pro se. *Discharged* October 2011.

You can file a Chapter 13.
