    Assest Case

Well, we heard from the trustee today. He is turning our no asset case into an asset case. I'm not sure why it was filed as no asset but whatever. I'm hoping it is because of the land contract and the lawsuit that will/has been filed against a company. It is all stuff that was disclosed at time of filing. Actually we didn't get the letter it was a copy sent to our creditors. I'm hoping this is just a formality. Any thoughts? We don't have any other assets that I know of they could go after.

It makes since that the land contract and lawsuit would cause the trustee to make it an asset case. The notice goes to creditors so that they know to file claims to get their share of anything the trustee collects.
