When does Court stop looking at my bank statements?

I'm assuming after the 341, but is there a further review after that? thanks

There is typically no review after the 341 Meeting unless you are audited. Even then, they are only looking at things up to the date of your filing. About 1 in 250 bankruptcy filings are selected for random audit.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

I believe your question is answered above; however, I'd like to add that you really don't want to be in a situation where you would (for instance) want to deposit a sum of cash into your account that had been hiding under your mattress.

Other than that, the court would take little interest in your bank accounts post-341, audit or no audit. A discharge does not forego the possibility of having a case reopened for cause if something fishy were to turn up.
