I do wish the best for you. I hope that your attorney used words like "should" or "maybe" and "possibly" and not that the Trustee would ignore such a transfer. Again, it could go entirely smoothly, but I wanted you to see the reality of the situation. I think you see that clearly!

Follow the advice of your attorney. Don't second guess your attorney and do not try to "fix" it yourself (by transferring the title).
