btbeme:I'd really like to see principle reductions as a means to stay and pay. There has to be a creative and beneficial solution out there somewhere.

so would i. however, those greedy banks, just don't care. they want their money come hell or high water. when one thinks about the entire situation all over this country, what the heck is going to happen??? are many neighborhoods going to turn in slums as a result of the banks not working with people? it served no one a purpose to allow that or this to continue, hopefully something in the near future will have some resolve.
