    I thought I read on this forum that the BK Judge would have to approve all reaffirmation agreements. Would the judge have to agree with this one?

      This is true, but unless a person is grossly under water, a small reaffirmation is allowed or ignored by the Judge. We had ten months left on a car, and reaffirmed my CU. I've been a member for 40 years and it was not a problem for us. 'Hub
