Filed November 2011, discharge April 2012....no asset case. Just got letter November 2012 told about "intent to auction asset"....shouldn't we have been notified? She also wants all monies relating to this asset, but we were never told prior to 12 months after filing that this asset might be in trouble....opinions.

$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
