Can anyone tell me what this means?

We just had our 341 meeting on the 22nd, everything went great. My husband had a lawsuit against him for a payday loan (from 5 years ago) Anyway, it was included in the bankruptcy and we filed BEFORE the default Judgement was granted (was granted on 4/10)

Anyway, I was just looking at the court records again and it now says this:

    4/25 Ex Parte
Ex Parte Motion to Vacate Default Judgment

So is this good? The lawyer before told us not to worry about it at all ...but not sure what it means now.
    Filed Chapter 7 2/22/13
    341 meeting done 3/22/13
    waiting for discharge!

Yes, this is good. The plaintiff (payday loan company) wants the judgment dismissed.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Same thing happened to me. I had 2 lawsuits filed by Cap1. I filed BK about 2 weeks before the summons had to be answered. POOF....as soon as they got notice of my BK filing they contacted my attorney and the court and asked that the suit be dismissed. Then the debt was wiped out through the BK. Woot!!

Grats on going after your fresh start!!
