thanks jst4f ... I have moved on... I just want Greentree to STOP posting items on credit report and her signing my name as joint responsibility to other accounts (no we never married).... as I was filing paperwork she was signing my name fraudently for medical bills for herself!..
but I am happy to be cancer free for last 6 months and now I am looking forward to my fresh start with no longer letting someone keep popping back up...If she signs afterwords I wash my hands... I already have been advised I had to file Chap 7 (lawyer and report her to authorities for fraudently signing my name everywhere)... as I did when I got the domestic violence order... ALL I said was yes no or yes no Judge... I offer nothing to BK judge either -but respect and short and sweet to not waste their time...
