Amended Notice from "no asset" to "asset" -- do I need to worry?

Filed Chapter 7 in Nevada last week and received my "Meeting of the Creditors & Deadlines" a few days after. Today I received an Amended Notice of Meeting of the Creditors & Deadlines with the amendment reading that the "case was changed from no asset to asset". Do I need to be worried? I really don't have much, no property, home, etc and everything that I own appears to fit under the Nevada exemption law. When will I find out what the trustee has in mind? At the meeting of the creditors, I suppose? Any insight would be helpful as this has me a bit worried as to what to expect.

    Thanks!

You may find out at the meeting of creditors. The Trustee must believe that there are assets that can be obtained.

However, and now that I re-read what you wrote, it's pretty early to have already been changed from no asset to asset! Maybe you were already an asset case but the Clerk's office mis-labeled it when you filed? I can't tell form the scant information that I have read here. If you filed with an attorney, then you'll need to ask your attorney about this. If you filed pro se (yourself), then you will really need to look over your petition and perhaps contact the Trustee. I don't know of any Trustee that has gone through a petition within a week of filing!
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Are you getting a tax refund? That might trigger it.

Welcome to the forum! We really need to know some more information about your situation.

My DH and I were an Asset CH7 case, but we already knew that going in. We had too many items that were not able to be covered by Florida's rather limited exemptions.
