    Reaffirmation Question

We are keeping our home (CH7 BK) and I don't know where to find the laws about reaffirming in the state of Nebraska. We filled out one reaffirmation agreement but marked 2 boxes (the contradicted each other) so the clerk of the court denied our agreement and our attorney even looked over our agreement prior to filing and he didn't catch it either.

I had read in a previous post from a guy in Florida that they can keep making payments and in the future they can collect the collateral if they ever sell (I hope I read the post right) but I don't know where to find what I need to know in my state. We are current in our payments and Wells Fargo has been posting statements like "Never Late" on our credit reports but I would like to know what happens down the road if we ever decide to move!!!

Can someone please let me know where to look for this??? Thank you very much!!!

This might help you - http://www.cyberstation.net/paralega..._home_auto.php

Here's a link to search for Nebraska reaffirmation forms - http://secure.uslegalforms.com/cgi-b.../search.pl?S-0

And this website has a lot of information about filing bk in Nebraska, including all the pertinent bankruptcy forms - http://www.cyberstation.net/paralega...ka/bankruptcy/

    Hope this helps!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
