Proof of Service.What is it and how is it used in my Filing BK 7??

I'm not sure what a Proof of Service is and how do I use it when I file BK7??
Do I need to send a POF to all my creditors when I file? Or just the 'secured' creditors?
Not sure what to do.

lrpin,That's a good link to have.No creditor has filed a complaint I just thought that form needed to be sent to all creditors you put on your Matrix.

Poof of Service? As it relates to a Civil Summons?? Never heard of a "Proof of Service" as it related to a bankruptcy. BTW, if it does concern a civil matter, it is usually used (as pointed out) to "prove" that you have answered a Summons.

In addition, as pointed out, normally you cannot serve your answer to the complaint yourself. However, if you do contact the Plaintiff, they will usually (if they are an attorney) agree to accept your answer to the complaint without going through a third party.
