Thankfully, thanks to this site, I know not to fall for anything they say. I just know if I get sued to start worrying. Not even close to that point yet so I think I'll just keep ignoring the calls. Thank G-d for caller id! It's the SAME number every time too - LOL. Like if I didn't answer you the first 10x that you called, I'm just gonna pick up on the 11th time - LOL.11/14/07 -filed C7

Here's a link someone posted that can look up any number that calls that you may not recognize. For example, I keep getting this North Carolina call on my ID but by running the number through this site I realize it is Citi Bank. I guess it's kind of fun if your bored or just curious at to who is calling so much.

Tell that to Card Sevices (whoever the heck that is)
I get at least 6 calls a day from them.
Some before 8 AM or after 9 PM.
When I call them on that, they say I am lying and it isn't that early or late.
Just got into it with one of them last night. Called at 9:15.
I asked why he was calling after 9. He said he wasn't, that it was 8:55.
I told him that was bull. He said I was lying.
I asked him his name and he said it was none of my business and he didn't have to tell me.
Then the call degenerated from there. With some colorfull name calling on both ends of the call
Interesting way to pass the time during a commercial break while watching House.7/01/10 - filed!

I love the ones that used calling card so that my caller ID would say Georgia call or Florida call.
If you don't want to talk to them just turn the wringer off and let them call. I got to a point where I had so many voice mails they couldn't leave anymore.
The real fun part is once you file you answer the phone and tell them....I swear I had a few that sounded like I kicked their puppy.
One actually said " Well if don't go through with it I will get your interest rate reduced and we can work out a payment plan "
Another said " Oh you will be sorry for that decision, you won't be able to get credit for anything ever again.......you should back out of it while you can"
Just remember don't give them any information at all. If they get pushy just say sorry I have to leave and hang up.Filed Chapter 13: 3/12/07
