This is a very interesting thread.

It's a good thing you had your tape recorder running when you called them. That evidence will probably come in very handy in the future for you.

All of my debts are so old that they have all been sold off to junk debt buyers-- all but one-- Household Bank. They seem to be the most tenacious of all the creditors.

Its been very quiet the past couple of days now. Not an email...no more funny letters.
I received a form letter from the attorneys main office today about preparing for the 341.
I had to laugh as they listed several creditors that may show and guess who one of them was.... Yep... Household Finance Corp. and right next to that it says. They are NOT permitted to harass or berate you. Wonder why the need to mention that?

I feel so above these people now. As Clint Eastwood said " Go ahead punk make my day"
