GE Money Bank aka Paypal plus credit

I owe them 730.00 I just got the charge off letter. I wonder if they will actually sue me for that amount of money. I plan to file chapter 7 in about 3 months but would hate to be forced into it quicker.

BTW I've been a lurker for a while and learning a lot from here. Great place and nice people.

If you are filing in 3 months, I don't think you have any worries about a suit that quickly.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

It has not affected my paypal yet. I don't believe there is any cross collateralization with the Paypal account

It won't affect the paypal account. Just put another card on there for backup funding and go on.

I had the same issue. I had Paypal Buyer Credit as well. It effected neither my PayPal nor my eBay account.

I have had nothing happen to my Paypal or Ebay account as well, no worries.
