    Hmm, I just checked pacer and it does show all US circuit court suits and extraneous activity. It does NOT show any (ANY) suits from local county/state circuit courts in my area. All the civil lawsuits related to debt here are through each separate county circuit court. I think pacer is for US court system and bankruptcy system.

      Yes, Pacer is for federal courts only. The bankruptcy court is a federal court.

      State and local courts may or may not have their records available on line. In California, what is available for trial courts varies by county. So, check the local court's website to find out if their records are available on line.
