    That is great!!!

    There was a part of me that always wants to write 867-5309 when a credit application asked for a phone number.

      The world's simplest C & D Letter:
      "I demand that you cease and desist from any communication with me."
      Notice that I never actually mention or acknowledge the debt in my letter.

        I really wanted to call some of these to see what they say. They aren't gonna charge me some crazy fee, are they?

          If you do call, I would use Google Voice and not your real phone number, just in case.
