Can a wildcard exemption be stacked on another exemption?

    Thanks for any insight.

Absolutely... probably. So long as there are no additional exceptions to the stacking of the exemption. For example, at least one State has a wildcard exemption that allows you to stack that wildcard with any other exemption, but has an exception for cash. You have to read the statute. You may need to read caselaw if the statute is unclear.

    I can't remember--as I'm traveling--are you Pro Se?

      Thanks for the follow up!

I have an attorney who is going to help me on this. Going to cost me more money, but it is a reasonable amount. I think I can stack it, and that will help tremendously, as my income is pretty pathetic right now in this economy.
