Lovesgirl, I'm sure if the exemption existed in your state that your atty would have told you, but in AL we have an exemption for "all jewelry that is worn on a daily basis" - wedding rings plus pretty much anything else you care to add. Now with such a crappy homestead exemption as we have, if I could only convert that equity to some jewelry...
