    Has anyone here...............

    demanded their mortgage holder produce the original note on their home during a foreclosure?

        I have heard this was a legal strategy to get out from underwater property....although I see it could help keeping your name off a foreclosure/deed transfer. I know someone doing it right now...he has a big time lawyer.....I'll ask some questions.

          For the umpteenth time. . .

          The "show me the note" argument is nothing more than a delay tactic. If you do not pay for the property you do not own you will eventually be evicted. . . and, you do not own it until you have made the very last payment under the terms of the loan you took out.

          There are many threads on this Forum (one from last week or so) that go over this "non-argument".
