Really??....you are now coming to my home?

I answered the door to be told that the person standing there can save my home for me. I was like no thanks and his reply was 'your going to bail huh'? Like that is any of his buisness. I can't believe they stoop that low. It is bad enough that I have been bombarded with mail, phone calls, oh yeah...and the pleasure of my inlaws getting a few calls on our behalf. I feel crappy enough about losing my house, I do not need you showing up at my house making me feel even lower than I already am. And no, I am not interested in you 'helping' me out with your scam.

So I have a lovely new computer printed sign that states:

    NO SOLICITING

This means everyone…If I do not know you, or you are not bringing me a package I will not answer.

Seeing as people do not understand the statement above let me clarify it for you, I am not interested.

    Think they will get it?...lol.

In several words: "No", "No", and furthermore "NO". The attitude is: "You don't mean ME, do you?"

When I worked as 'Media Specialist' at the Catholic High School near me, every so often the library would be used as a testing place. When that happened, we locked all the doors so the students would not be disturbed. Even though I had signs on the doors in foot high letters stating: CLOSED FOR TESTING. PLEASE GO AROUND. THANK YOU! Invariably we had teachers coming along, banging on the doors, calling out: "But you don't mean ME do you???!!!"

And these were TEACHERS!!! (mumble, mumble, grumble... )

lol...well it was worth a try. I considered putting a list of everyone that I would not open the door for so there was no confusion, but I need to leave a space large enough for my forclosure notice to be taped on it so I guess I am SOL. ;)

Are you sure these might not be scammers? If not, even at that, your sign should be sufficient. However, a C & D letter is official. A sign on the property means NOTHING. Do the C & D and then, if approached, have a recording camera next time and simply state up front, "for quality and training purposes, " as well as your law suit, I'm recording you.

Guarantee, it won't happen again. 'Hub
If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

I made sure he knew I have contacted a lawyer already. The sign was more of a FYI that I opened the door once it won't happen again. I get bugged constantly by solicitors so I figured it will cover them all...lol.

I used to have a sign saying "Tresspassers will be shot"...

              Not kidding.

Sheriff's deputies delivering all types of legal notifications used to get the biggest kick out of it.

              Good luck to us all.
No person in their right mind files a Ch. 13 with lien strip pro se. I have. Therefore, please consider me insane and clinically certifiable when reading my posts, and DO NOT take them as legal advice of any kind.Thank you.

Reminds me of our friends' sign on his property that reads "No Soliciting - If you can read this..you are within range" - the sign is set within a target / rifle scope.

At what point are you receiving these visitors? after your home was surrendered in the BK, but have you received your notice of the trustee sale yet? Just trying to get prepared, you know what I mean?
