Notice of Intent Barrage #5 - Post BK Discharge - What to do?

So, got a barrage of Notice of Intent forms last week from our primary servicer. That makes it roughly 5 months past the discharge on our Ch. 7 petition, and the case is closed. Want to walk away (and stated as such in our petition), but cannot do so at present (want to make sure we can get in somewhere with a sufficient payment up front to offset recent credit history).

Wife suggested to contact servicer to attempt to come up with some sort of agreement; I want a legal opinion (and possibly backup) before I do that.

    Any thoughts, suggestions, concerns?
    Filed: 28 July 11 (Ch. 7) / 341: 6 Sep 11 / No Dist: 12 Sep 11
    Discharge: 9 Nov 11 / CLOSED: 15 Nov 11

Any agreement will require some sort of payment by you to them. Probably not worth it.

in maryland what is the timeline after you receive the notice? do you still have a few months to save up some funds for the move?

as hhm points out, any plan will cost you and as pointed out most likely not worth the effort since you need all your funds for a move.

      best of luck to you!
