Hey Cats & Kittens,

Just wanted to give you an idea of the timeline for Foreclosure here in St. Louis Missouri. A little background first, original mortgage through Wells Fargo with a home equity loan through Chase. Chapter 7 BK Discharge came through April 2010, we did not reaffirm the home. Estimate value of home approximately $600,000 (ya right - we could not sell it to save our lives!) - but very upscale neighborhood. Last payment on home to either loan was December 2009. We moved out in May of 2011, assuming foreclosure was near......not true. We could've stayed another year for free! Just got notice of Foreclosure Date August 21, 2012 (woo hoo!) making the timeline here in Missouri about 32 months.

Best part of the whole thing??? The freaking HOA fees will be OVER!!!
