ResCap Bankruptcy affecting foreclosures?

Does anyone know if Residential Capital, LLC Chapter 11 Bankruptcy is affecting foreclosures? Are they actively pursuing foreclosures while in the midst of their own BK? I am with MacQuarie Mortgages who is one of their subsidiaries. I defaulted in September and so far have only recieved info about mediation but no Notice Of Default. Just wondering if this might add some extra time for me to stay in the home.

The Chapter 11 does not stop the creditor from operating in the ordinary course therefore, it should have no affect on pending or future foreclosure proceedings.
