Welcome to the forum. Please note that you only need to post your question once. Someone will respond.

Looks like the folks at Comcast are a bit incompetent when it comes to bk notifications:

How do I submit bankruptcy information for my account? And how do I private message someone here because I don't see the option on the right of the screen as stated on another post.

If you are trying to get out of your Comcast contract (you no longer want to use this utility as your service provider) and Comcast is taking money out of your bank account, the first thing is to get the automatic withdrawal to stop. If you are unable to get your bank to stop the deduction, I suggest closing the bank account.

If you have a Comcast contract, it is listed on Schedule G in the bankruptcy documents. You indicated you are going to “Reject” the contract both on Schedule G and, if you are filing a Chapter 7, on the Statement of Intentions. Comcast must be included on the Master Mailing List. I found this address on the

Comcast brings together the best in media and technology.

    website for the corporate office:

    Comcast Corporation
    Comcast Center
    1701 JFK Boulevard
    Philadelphia, PA 19103

Also pull your contract. There will be a provision in it that lists an address for notices. Use that address as well.

If you have any equipment that belongs to Comcast, you will need to make arrangements to return that equipment to its rightful owner.

    Hope this helps.

    Des.
