Marriage before filing?

My fiance and I are currently considering getting married via a judge and marriage license now and then having our ceremony next summer... man reason is work benefits

Within the next month or two I am planning on filing for bk, ch 7. Must I include her in the bk once we get married? As of now, I was going to be listing my income and my household expenses only. All of her income goes to pay for her bills and contributes little if any to household expenses.

What would happen if we get married between the time that I file and am discharged? Would the trustee dismiss my case if we got married a week or two after I filed?

I am a few consultations next week, so I will be asking the attornys then as well, but I was hoping someone here could give some insight

From what I've read here and out on the web, most bk lawyers advise NOT to get married before filing, especially if you live in a community property state. (Luckily, Michigan is not a community property state.)
