I filed a motion to withdraw my written response for property claimed as exempt the only reason i was trying to keep was because my child whom is on the spectrum using those items for daily needs, i no longer wanted to proceed i would just replace. The judge granted the motion at first and canceled my hearing. Later a new hearing was set for the same day along with Considering that the Order Granting to Motion to Withdraw [P-25] was entered in error,
IT IS ORDERED that the Order Granting to Motion to Withdraw [P-25] is VACATED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Debtor’s Motion filed on August 21, 2023 [P-23],
will be treated as an Amended Response to Trustee’s Objection to Exemptions.

Would I need to attend the hearing? I called the trustees office and her assistant doesn't know .
